I needed something in a pinch for a flight. I have never liked in-ear headphones, but with no other options i picked them up. I plugged them in on my iPad in flight and WOW! all outside noise was gone. It was like being in my own sound proof room. Being my first in-ear set it took some time to get used to them but once i was over that they really are a great buy.

My only complaint, but not really, is that they do to good of a job blocking outside noise. So i would not recommend them if you are a road biker in a non-road bike friendly city like Baton Rouge.

Expensive but worth it, March 5, 2010
 Like other reviewers, I found these hard to fit. It took me a couple of hours of changing and fiddling with the various tips before I found the right ones for me. Once I did, the comfort is amazing and the sound is even better.

Quite simply, these are the best sounding in-ear earphones I've ever used... period.

The microphone has good sound and callers say it sounds as if I was holding the phone and can't tell I'm on a headset... which I've never heard before using bluetooth, the original apple headset, or the skull candy ones I replaced with these.
